My first concern is the carry bag, it is too short to fully close and hold the stretcher. There are two end bars for the stretcher which can fall out, particularly as the spring loaded button on the drawstring is not strong enough to keep tension on it and it slips fully open. I have and old stretcher of very similar design which came in a fully zippered bag which is ideal.
Next is the problem I had assembling the stretcher. All went well until I tried to put the last end bar in place. The last locating pin required serious effort to pull the bar back far enough to get it in the hole.
My third complaint is with lack of accurate communication regarding delivery, I had everything from 7 days to 15 days which made me suspect a scam, then eventually it arrived in 14 days.
