Description

Made from durable 600D Oxford fabric, anti-skid base, roll up mesh doors and interior leash keep your pet safely contained within the car while you concentrate on driving. This seat can be used in either the front or back seat of your vehicle with an extended strap that simply hooks around the headrest. When you are ready to leave the vehicle, the ergonomic design of the hand straps turn the booster seat into an easy to carry soft cage. Dispatch and time frames

Orders placed before 12pm on any normal weekday will be dispatched on the same day - so long as the item is in stock and ready to be dispatched.

If an order is placed after 12pm, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse early the following day - again, if the item is in stock and ready to be dispatched.

If you receive a faulty/damaged item, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. We would appreciate it if you can send a photo or short video clip of the faulty/damaged item to info@bargenestore.com (please include your order number). This is a fast and convenient option for you, and may prevent the need for you to send back the item for a physical inspection.

If an item needs to be returned due to it being damaged, faulty or for a warranty claim, please contact us first as we may have alternatives. Should we decide it needs to be returned, we will arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.

Even if you need to return the item due to a change of mind, please contact us first, as we can arrange return of the item, with the return postage cost deducted from your refund.

It generally takes up to 2 working days to process refunds, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
