How to Use Self-inflating Mattress
For the first inflating, due to the long- time-compressed storage, customers may want to inflate the mattress by blowing it up with the mouth or air pump to get a perfect inflating.
Open-air inlet valve gently, the mattress will automatically start inflating. Wait for approx 15 minutes or so then tighten gas mouth; or you could simply choose to manually inflate it to your desired condition by blowing with your mouth or using an air pump.
To deflate, open gas mouth, roll up and squeeze out all air from inside, close valve.
Make sure no sharp stuff underneath when inflate or deflate the mattress. Keep away from flame, high temperature, and avoid long-term direct sunlight.
Storage: keep inflated and cool.
the shipping cost you pay will be dependent on your location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost you can simply enter your postcode into the box on the cart page. Then as you add items to your cart, the shipping costs shown will change to reflect the weight of the items being added. Your final shipping cost will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much your shipping will be.
Dispatch and time frames
Orders placed before 12pm on any normal weekday will be dispatched on the same day - so long as the item is in stock and ready to be dispatched.
If an order is placed after 12pm, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse early the following day - again, if the item is in stock and ready to be dispatched.

Track your parcel
If you receive a faulty/damaged item, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. We would appreciate it if you can send a photo or short video clip of the faulty/damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org (please include your order number). This is a fast and convenient option for you, and may prevent the need for you to send back the item for a physical inspection.
If an item needs to be returned due to it being damaged, faulty or for a warranty claim, please contact us first as we may have alternatives. Should we decide it needs to be returned, we will arrange for the item to be returned at our expense.
Even if you need to return the item due to a change of mind, please contact us first, as we can arrange return of the item, with the return postage cost deducted from your refund.
It generally takes up to 2 working days to process refunds, and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
